1. How long will shipping take, and how can I track my order?

We’ll process it within 7 business days if stock is available. Delivery times depend on your location and may be longer during peak seasons. Once shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking link. 2. Is the device compatible with my hookah?

Yes. Standard caliber fit. Compatible with most mainstream hookahs.

3. Is my device covered by warranty?

We offer a limited warranty on all equipment, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original end user and requires valid, dated proof of purchase.
Please note that damage or malfunction caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to properly clean and maintain the equipment is not covered under warranty.

4. Do you offer wholesale?

5. Precautions

1. Do not dry-burn (do not heat for extended periods when there is no smoke). 2. When cleaning, wait for it to cool down before unscrewing the base and rinsing with water. Do not wash the body. 3. Keep away from children and flammable materials.

6. H10pro usage instructions

1. Place 15 grams of tobacco in the heating bowl, loosen the tobacco, and then place it back on the base.
2. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn on the device. Select automatic/manual mode, then select the preheating time (6 minutes) and the heating temperature (280 degrees Celsius is recommended for initial preheating).
3. Place the heating head directly onto the top of the hookah and wait for the 6-minute preheating process to complete (the top light strip will change from blue to green). Then you can start smoking normally.
